OCS (Overseas Courier Service) was founded on January 1, 1958, as an independent agency of our parent company in Tokyo, Japan, which was established on September 1, 1957. Our beginnings involved delivering Japanese newspapers and magazines to Japanese residents abroad.

From humble beginnings, we have grown into a pioneer in delivering documents, publications, and parcels to businesses globally. Today, we have over 240 locations in major cities around the world.

Committed to service quality, we were awarded ISO 9001:2000 certification (UKAS) from the UK in 2006, and have since maintained and upgraded our certification to ISO 9001:2015, affirming our dedication to meeting international standards.

Environmental We acknowledge the importance of climate change and its impact on environment and society. We commit to activities and policies that reduce climate impact responsibly and sustainably:

  • Prepare for climate change risks and opportunities by controlling and reducing fuel use and CO₂ emissions through GPS speed control and engine-off checks while idling
  • Implement preventive maintenance to avoid black smoke from vehicles that cause pollution and climate change
  • Educate our personnel about reducing greenhouse gas emissions through regular training and knowledge sharing at all levels
