Video Guide: Creating Air Waybill in i-WiLL

Click "Air Waybill/Invoice Entry" button

Click "New" button to create a new waybill

Click the arrow in the "Air Waybill/Invoice" option
Select Air Waybill
Click the "SET" button to confirm waybill creation

1. Shipper

Fill in the shipper details in the designated fields

2. Receiver

Fill in the consignee details in the designated fields
To add a new consignee to the Address Book, check "Save in the Address Book"

6. Shipment Information

Select "Shipment Type" and fill in other required details

8. Payment

Select "Payment Method" and other details
Click "Register" to complete waybill creation

To add new consignee to Address Book, check "Save in the Address Book"

6. Shipment Information

Select "Shipment Type" and fill in required details

8. Payment

Select "Payment Method" and other details
Click "Invoice" to proceed

2. Exporter

If exporter information matches shipper, click "Copy Shipper"
If not, enter new exporter details
To save exporter in Address Book, check "Save in the Address Book (This address will be saved as Exporter. Please contact our Customer Service to save as Pickup)"

3. Importer

If importer information matches consignee, click "Copy Receiver"
If not, enter new importer details
To save importer in Address Book, check "Save in the Address Book (This address will be saved as Importer. Please add Address Type Delivery at Address Book if necessary.)"

5. Information of item(s)

Enter product description
Specify quantity, unit, and other details
Click "Add" to add more items
Click "Register" when done

Click "Pickup Order" button to access the system

To search for pickup records, enter details in "Search Condition" and click "Search"
To create new pickup record, click "New"
